Gourmet Celebrations Catering is sizzling throughout the Reebok CrossFit™ Games at the Stub Hub Center, Aug 25 – Aug 27, in Carson, CA. We’re proud to be partnering with The Honest Bison to create lean, delicious dishes for thousands of famished fitness fans.
Executive Chef Dwayne Lortie has designed a mouthwatering menu that features The Honest Bison’s 100% Grassfed Bison:
- Marinated then sous vide #grassfed #bison Tri-Tip. Accompanied with an organic arugula salad mixed with roasted cauliflower, heirloom tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette.
- A delicious Grassfed Bison Meatball dish paired with green apple slaw.
- Our menu will include each of the bratwurst flavors we offer online; for breakfast we will serve Onion & Leek bratwurst along with scrambled eggs and roasted sweet potatoes, followed by Jalapeño & Cheddar bratwurst accompanied by grilled onions and peppers.
