This includes elements such as: greeting guests and directing them to their tables, master of ceremonies, developing a timeline, coordinating with selected vendors and photographer, party favors, and arranging decor.
At the same time, we’ll be happy to work with your wedding planner, should you have one in mind. This includes elements such as: invitations, seating arrangements, guest selection, theme, music and entertainment, photographer, travel arrangements, selection of wedding dress, bridesmaids dress, tuxedos, etc.

We can work with a preferred rental company of your choosing or we can recommend a rental company at the right mix of selection, price, and service options for your specific event and venue. If needed, we will perform a site visit to ensure that all necessary details have been covered.
This includes elements such as: rental checklist, kitchen rentals, tents, floors, tables/ chairs, dishware, glassware, flatware, linens, transport vehicles, etc.
A well-stocked bar and professional bar staff are key to almost any celebration. We can help you with anything from bartenders and glassware (using your own wine cellar) to professional mixologists with thematic/ exotic cocktails.
This includes elements such as: bartenders, cocktail waiters/ waitresses, bar rentals, glassware, suggested quantities, liquor liability insurance, ABC event license, etc.

We’re happy to work with a florist of your choosing or we can recommend one we work with. Our floral design partners can create unique floral designs to coordinate with your colors, theme and personal style – focusing on local and seasonal to ensure absolute beauty and freshness while adjusting the mix to fit within budget.
This may includes items such as: bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony floral, floral accent pieces or decor, boutonnieres/corsages, etc.
